Terms of Service

What you're booking

Lefty delivers a message on your behalf, in the format you choose. It's a genuine attempt at delivery, not a guarantee the recipient will answer, respond, or react a particular way — that part is outside our control.

Review and payment

Every request is reviewed before acceptance. You are not charged unless and until your request is accepted. Once accepted, you have a limited window to complete payment before the offer expires. If your request is refused, no payment is ever requested.

What counts as delivered

A service is treated as rendered once a documented, genuine attempt at delivery has been made in line with the booking (for example, a certain number of contact attempts for a live call). If delivery genuinely can't be completed despite that effort, you're entitled to a re-attempt or a refund — see Cancellations & Refunds below.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel before delivery for a full refund, subject to the notice period shown at booking.
If Lefty needs to cancel, you get a full refund automatically.
If delivery couldn't reasonably be completed, you're offered a re-attempt or a refund.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of what's written here.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge, that you have a legitimate reason to ask Lefty to deliver this message, and that you won't use the service to threaten, harass, defraud, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked not to be contacted. Requests that don't meet this are refused, and repeated misuse may lead to your account being suspended.

Content and IP

You keep ownership of the information you provide. Lefty's performance, voice, likeness, and any content we produce remain ours. Recordings and reactions are not published or reused publicly without separate, explicit consent — see our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
