Privacy Policy

Draft, not yet legally reviewed. This page was written to plain-English best practice and reflects the product's intended design, but it has not been checked by an Australian lawyer. Don't treat it as final until that review happens.

What we collect

From you: your name, email, and (if provided) phone number, plus whatever you tell us about the request — who it's for, the situation, and what needs to be said. From the recipient: only what you give us to make delivery possible (typically a name and a phone number or contact detail) — we don't collect anything about them beyond that.

Why we collect it

To review and deliver your request, to process payment, to keep a safety record in case of a dispute or report, and to run the booking calendar. We don't use recipient information for anything beyond the booking it was provided for.

Who can see it

Recipient details are only visible to the assigned performer and platform staff handling moderation or disputes — never to other customers, and never exposed through any public page or API.

Recording and consent

We don't record calls by default. Because the law on this differs by state in Australia, we treat consent from everyone on the call as required everywhere, and we log that consent when it's given.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — generally for a defined period after your booking, longer only if needed for a dispute or legal reason. Some of our service providers (payment processing, hosting) are based overseas; we only use providers that offer an equivalent standard of protection.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. A recipient who never signed up can ask us not to contact them again, and that request is honoured across the platform.
