Every request is reviewed before it's accepted

No request goes ahead automatically. A real person checks the details of every single one before deciding whether it's accepted, needs a closer look, or is refused. You're never charged unless a request is accepted.

What gets refused

• Anything involving threats, violence, extortion, or blackmail.
• Requests targeting someone who has previously asked not to be contacted again.
• Sexual content, non-consensual intimate material, or anything designed to humiliate rather than inform.
• Fraud or impersonation — for example, pretending to be someone's bank, employer, or landlord.
• Doxxing or anything that shares someone's private details without their knowledge.
• Anything that looks like stalking, harassment, or repeated unwanted contact.

What gets a closer look

Requests with specific factual claims about the recipient, ambiguous relationships, signs the recipient might be under 18, or anything a reviewer isn't confident calling either way. When we're not sure, we take the extra step rather than assume it's fine.

Recording and privacy

Calls are not recorded by default. Because recording-consent laws differ by state in Australia, we treat the strictest rule — consent from everyone on the call — as the standard everywhere. If a recording is ever offered, it only happens with the recipient's clear consent, logged at the time.

The recipient has a say too

A recipient can ask not to be contacted again, and that's respected platform-wide — not just for one booking. Reactions and recordings stay private by default; nothing is shared publicly without explicit, separate consent from everyone involved.

Reporting a problem

If you're on the receiving end of a message and think it shouldn't have been sent, or something about a booking wasn't right, you can report it from the contact page. Reports are handled by a moderator, not automatically dismissed.
